If you have forgotten the password for a local machine, you must use the ESET Restore Password utility. This process requires interaction with ESET Technical Support. Step 1: Open the Unlock Utility Open your ESET application (e.g., ESET Endpoint Security). Try to change a setting or go to (F5).

When the password prompt appears, click Restore Password .
