You may not assign your rights under this agreement to any party without the prior written consent of Astro-Vision Futuretech Pvt. Ltd. If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Governing laws. This agreement is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this agreement shall be in the courts of Kochi, India, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
